Investing in Our People: Jared Knipp and Jarod Wannamaker Step Into New Roles

At The Bradbury Group, we are continually seeking opportunities to grow our business and lead our team to success. As part of recent changes within our Operations Department, we are proud to announce the promotion of two exceptional team members: Jared Knipp and Jarod Wannamaker.

Jared Knipp – Promoted to Plant 1 Manager

Jared Knipp has been promoted to Plant 1 Manager. Jared began his career at Bradbury in May 2016 as a Machinist 1 in Plant 1. He quickly advanced and was promoted to Team Leader in 2019.

Throughout his time with us, Jared has consistently shown exceptional commitment to operational excellence and team development. His deep understanding of our processes and his hands-on leadership have contributed significantly to the daily success of Plant 1. Most recently, Jared played a key role in the installation and setup of several new machines, as well as in the acquisition of tooling and work-holding solutions, initiatives that have strengthened our capabilities and positioned us for future growth.

Jarod Wannamaker – Promoted to Materials Manager

We’re also excited to announce that Jarod Wannamaker has been promoted to Materials Manager. In this expanded role, Jarod will lead both the Purchasing and Shipping/Receiving departments.

Jarod joined Bradbury in March 2022 as a Buyer and was promoted to Team Leader in Purchasing in January 2025. Since then, he has made a significant impact, driving improvements through data analytics, dashboard development, and strong vendor relationship management. His forward-thinking approach and leadership skills make him well-equipped to guide both teams and continue enhancing our materials operations.
