The Bradbury Group Hosted Their 2023 Global Sales Meeting

The 2023 Bradbury Group Global Sales Meeting brought together over 60 members of the Global Sales Team from countries such as the USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Italy, UK, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. This international collaboration took place from August 8th to the 10th in central Kansas. 

After several years without the opportunity to hold the Global Sales Meeting, 2023 was a valuable chance to connect with new colleagues and foster relationships. The first day was dedicated to visiting some of our nearby customers, while The Bradbury Group general managers met at the global headquarters in Moundridge, Kansas. The sales team embarked on the tours, starting with a visit to Central Plains Steel in Wichita, Kansas. From there, we proceeded to the Bradbury global headquarters, Custom Rollforming Corporation (CRC), WIFCO Steel, and Yoder Metals. Each of these facilities provided us with valuable insights into the functionality of The Bradbury Group equipment. We were truly grateful for the generosity of these companies allowing us to see their facilities.

During the second and third day of the event, all the general managers and sales team came together in Wichita. Engaging presentations were delivered, shedding light on the progress each company has made over the past four years. As well as, how each company will continue to grow and represent The Bradbury Group. In addition to these informative sessions, team building activities were also organized, providing an opportunity to dive deeper into the future of Bradbury and aspirations of the group.

The evenings were spent having fun and improving our team relationship outside of a formal workday. We enjoyed eating at the Brickyard Tuesday night and having a friendly competition at Top Golf Wednesday evening. Our top three golfers of the evening were Craig Bedford, Gavin Lopata, and Greg Smith.

During our time together, we achieved significant milestones in developing relationships, fostering trust, and promoting personal growth.
