Building Stronger Leaders Across The Bradbury Group

Bradbury is excited to share that, after many months of dedication and development, twenty-two additional team members have successfully completed our Leadership Development Program. This milestone reflects our continued commitment to investing in our people and strengthening leadership at every level of the organization.

Throughout the program, participants devoted time to strengthening their leadership capabilities while continuing to serve in their day-to-day roles. The curriculum explored the insights of respected leadership thinkers such as Marcus Buckingham and John Maxwell, while also encouraging self-assessment, intentional growth, and practical application. A strong emphasis was placed on understanding individual strengths, building effective teams, and reinforcing The Bradbury Group’s Vision, Mission, Values, and Beliefs.

Beyond the classroom content, one of the most impactful aspects of the program was the relationships formed along the way. Participants had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across our group of companies, gaining new perspectives and building connections that extend beyond geographic locations.

Maria Pressnall, HR Director, shared her thoughts on the program’s impact:
“It has been rewarding to see the growth and confidence developed within this group over the past months. The relationships they’ve built and the ideas they’ve contributed will continue to strengthen our leadership culture. I’m excited to see how they continue to influence our group of companies moving forward.”

This year’s participants represented multiple Bradbury Group companies around the world, including Press Room Equipment (Springfield, MO), Custom Rollforming Corporation (Moundridge, KS), The Bradbury Co. (Moundridge, KS), Alliance Machine & Engraving (Ashland, VA), and Bradbury UK (Kingswinford, West Midlands, United Kingdom). The diversity of experience and perspective across locations added value to the learning environment.

The completion of this program marks not an ending, but a beginning. As these leaders return to their teams, they bring with them strengthened skills, renewed perspective, and a deeper alignment with the values that drive The Bradbury Group forward. Congratulations to this outstanding group of leaders. We look forward to seeing the continued impact of their growth and leadership across our organization in the years ahead.
