Bradbury Prioritizes Employee Health and Safety

Bradbury places high priority on the health and safety of all employees, whether they are on the shop floor or in the office, we want to keep them safe. Monthly safety training sessions are conducted, covering both previous and new safety measures, with a focus on education-based classes to ensure employees understand the reasoning behind each safety action. Every year starts with a review of our Emergency Action Plan. This includes medical emergencies, tornado, fire, chemical spill, workplace violence, mental health and active shooter incidents. Throughout the year, Bradbury also reviews personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard awareness, and starting lock out tag out. Each of these categories is crucial to stay safe when working in the manufacturing industry. Ensuring the safety and health of all employees at Bradbury is of utmost importance, and it is critical that every member fully grasps the value of each safety course.
