Bradbury Announces Promotions in Test Department

Congratulations to the following employees on their promotions!

We are pleased to announce that Ron Dies has accepted a new role as Director of Technical Training & Preventative Maintenance. Ron has been with the company since 2000 and has been working in Test since 2001. With nearly 20 years of hands on equipment experience, Ron has gained an unbelievable amount of technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience. Ron has always had a passion and a personality for teaching others. That passion coupled with his vast knowledge of Bradbury equipment makes Ron an ideal fit for this role. Ron will be tasked with developing, maintaining and implementing Bradbury’s technical training program. This program will help position Bradbury to be the preferred global leader and expert in roll form training and maintenance. Ron will be working closely with both Test and Customer Service departments in improving our overall technical knowledge, abilities and services offered.

We are also happy to announce the promotion of Bill Maurer to Test Manager. Bill has been with the company since 2008 and has been working in Test since 2011. During this time, Bill has gained experience in trouble shooting equipment, customer relations, problem resolution, and personnel management. He has overseen a number of challenging jobs. For the past 3 years Bill has been a Test team leader and has played a key role in adding resources to the department and driving ownership. Bill has proven to be a problem solver, a good communicator, and a leader in the department. He has shown the ability to work with many departments to solve problems and to help ensure follow through on our commitments to ensure we are a trusted throughout our global customer base.
In his new role, Bill will be responsible for continuing the growth of the department. Bill will be charged with advancing the Test department’s abilities, driving ownership and accountability, reducing rework and warranty and ensuring on time delivery to our customers. He will also be responsible for employee development and staffing within the department.
