Manufacturing Day is typically held during the first week of October where companies open their doors to students to showcase the technology and various job opportunities involved in manufacturing - essentially getting students excited about pursuing careers in STEM. This year, we are taking the event Virtual and hosting online tours throughout the month of October. 

**What is staying the same:**

- We will showcase the rewarding, highly skilled jobs available in manufacturing
- A guided tour by one of our employees will be given to ensure a personal touch is felt and allow for questions and answers
- Highlighting STEM in action

**What is changing:**

- The tour format 
    - Available to view from a classroom, student’s home, or any location – on any device
    - Hosted on a video conference platform
    - Content – A 3D mapped version of our facilities with interactive points
- Tours will be available all month long in October instead of only one day 
    - We hope to reach as many students as possible and understand that schedules can be hectic 
          - Pre-recorded tour links are available

Our goal is to ensure students receive a realistic look inside the walls of a world class manufacturing facility while also getting inspired to pursue a career in STEM. Although we will be hosting this event virtually, we will still be able to show modern manufacturing for what it is—a sleek, technology-driven industry that offers secure, good-paying jobs that are focused on the future.
