Driving Operational Excellence: Leadership Transition at Bradbury

At Bradbury, our ongoing mission is to deliver world-class solutions with greater speed, precision, and reliability. Over the past several years, we have made progress in improving operational performance, boosting on-time delivery, improving process accuracy, and aligning more closely with customer expectations.

To continue to drive this progress and position our organization for long-term success, we’re excited to announce the promotion of Aaron Woods to General Manager – Operations. Aaron’s leadership, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement have contributed to stronger customer service, organizational design, and technical capabilities. He’s also played a key role in developing leadership within our teams and improving day-to-day execution. We are confident his leadership will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of Bradbury’s operational excellence.

Strengthening Our Leadership Team

In his new role, Aaron will lead the Operations Senior Leadership Team, working closely with a team of leaders to advance our performance goals. This team includes:

  • Jamie Schultz, Customer Service & Materials Senior Manager
    Jamie brings a strong background in global purchasing, team building and supply chain management. His expanded role including customer service will align customer needs to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Justin Graber, Assembly, Test & Facilities Senior Manager
    Justin has over 20 years of hands-on experience in driving CapX investment and capacity expansion. He brings technical knowledge and a passion for manufacturing operations. His leadership will be essential in driving improvements in assembly, testing, and facility operations.
  • Ben Bigham, Engineering Senior Manager
    Ben’s 20+ years of experience in engineering, project management, and technical innovation will continue to support our focus on project execution and continuous improvement throughout the organization. He has driven a pipeline of talent through our engineering intern program.
  • Jerod Larson, Manufacturing Senior Manager
    Jerod has consistently led successful initiatives in automation, process optimization and setup reduction. He will continue to focus on driving manufacturing efficiency while also supporting leadership development across production teams.
